Dominic Joseph Cappetta

CAPPETTA, Dominic Joseph, 66, of Gastonia, N.C., died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. and the son of Nettie Bisulca of Bronx, N.Y. and the late Frank J. Cappetta. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2008, McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 30, 2008, Founders Chapel, McLean Funeral Directors - Gastonia. Interment Gaston Memorial Park. Rev. Tim Elliott and Rev. Foy Mercer officiating. Mr. Cappetta was the owner of Machine Tool Technicians, Inc. He served in the US Navy and the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He had a love for Boating and the Washington Redskins. In addition to his mother, surviving are wife, Linda Starnes Cappetta; Daughters, Stephanie Cappetta Buchanan and husband, Alex of Glen Allen, Va. and Madison Hope Cappetta of Gastonia; stepdaughters, Melissa Collins and husband, Chris of Gastonia and Holly Chavis of Grover, N.C.; brother, Anthony J. Cappetta and wife, Lynn of Lawrence, Mass.; grandchildren, Kayla, Patrick, Owen and Raylee.
