Carlton, I'm very sorry to hear about your beautiful mother passing away. I know how difficult this time can be. Keep your head up man. Prays for your dad and brother, and the rest of your family. If there is anything the Dorsey's can do please don't hesitate. May Jehovah be with you all. So sorry...

Sedora, my class mate, the class of 1962. When I was home in July -you, Saundra and I had a wonderful time. When you all dropped me off you said let me hug you - who would ever think, the last. You were naturally beautiful, soft spoken and that smile like your mother. I have been and will continue to pray for the family. Remember God knows best!

Aunt Skinny:
It's still hard to believe you're gone. I can still remember your smiling face at Grandma's house during Homecoming this August. Little did I know that would be the last time I would see you. We discussed my pregnancy and baby plans. I had hoped that you would have gotten a chance to see baby Eden in person, but will find comfort in knowing that you'll meet her in person one day...I wish she would have had the pleasure of knowing you in this life though. I will remember your love for children and education, how creative you were, especially in the kitchen and what an awesome green thumb you had! I will truly miss your kindness - the warm smile, inviting eyes, and the way you simply cared for all your nieces and nephews and never forgot a birthday...I'll cherish your memory.
Love You,
Your Niece - Tessa Boo

I am Sedora's husband's cousin, Tongue Twister). I will always remember Sedora as an absolutely beautiful, soft spoken, lady. The first time I saw her, I could not believe how breath takingly beautiful she was to me. She will truly be missed. Douglas, please let any of us know should you or your sons need us in anyway. I am sorry I cannot make the services but you are in my heart. Love always!

Sedora was a beautiful person, inside and out. I am so thankful that God allowed our paths to cross and that we could call ourselves family at Severn. My family and I have all been blessed by her sweet and caring spirit. She has truly left an imprint on our hearts.
