I was sorry to hear about Scott's passing. Sorry to hear he had been sick.
I worked with Scott at Reynolds from 1964 until his retirement. Being a young engineer right out of college, I relied on Scott, George Swenck, Rex Early, Kurt Glazer, Bill McMullin, Jack (can't remember his last name at the moment), Tush Metcalf and other talented folks in that Engineering Design Department at 5th and Cary to give me a good start in the engineering profession. They did not let me down. Scott taught me the old double moment theorm. He gave me great insite into how to tackle an engineering problem. I had the honor to MC his retirement party at Reynold's Summit Ave conference room.
I have great memories working with Scott.
To Ann and all the family, you will be in my prayers.
