TURNER, Lottie Virginia, 96, of Richmond, widow of Edward N. Turner, beloved mother and grandmother, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Turner Yeaman and Patricia Turner Barbour; seven grandchildren, Susan Y. Reid, Stephen M. Yeaman, Chip Yeaman, Kristen Y. Mucci, Pamela Y. Kennedy, Daniel Yeaman and Ellen Y. Webb, and their spouses; and 16 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Turner was a member of the ACCA Shrine Greetettes and Overbrook Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Central Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 3215 Cutshaw Avenue, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 15. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

Dear Carol, Pat & Families:
Please except for sympathies for the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Great Granmother. She had to have been a wonderful person to have generated such a wonderful family. What a legacy! You all should be extremely proud of her.

Lottie found a special place in my heart the first time I met
her. My prayers are with each of you. I will always have the
memiories of sitting on the front porch and the wonderful
stories of old Richmond.
