SAUNDERS, Jerry Wayne, 57, of Petersburg, lost his battle to cancer on November 15, 2008. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Linda Moss; and her three daughters, Tracey, Belinda, and Amy. He is also survived by his three children, Michael and wife, Lorie, Michelle and her husband, Eric, and Melissa; grandchildren, Bradley, Cassie, and Samuel; three sisters, Pansy, Martha Ann, and Joan; two brothers, Lewis "Bud", Roy "Son"; and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Parkway, Mechanicsville.

To a wonderful Uncle who has left us
so early in life. I will truly miss him.
MY prays are with his family and all
his children. Whenever I seen him,
his smile was something that lighted up a room. I will miss you Jerry!!!!
