I am a 1st cousin to Joy and I live in Springfield, IL. Joy was a year younger then I was and I am very sorry to hear about her death through another cousin, Patty Hart. I have great memories of Joy, Jay, Patty and myself growing up as kids. The times in the swimming pool in my aunt & uncles back yard, the times on the tennis court Joy and I would play for hours. My thoughts and prays go out to Joy's loves ones. May God bless and keep Joy in everyone's prays.

We will all miss my Aunt Joy as she always gave her all to everyone around her. I will always remember her smile and her laughter which always seemed to light up the room.
We love you and miss you.

I wish to express my sympathy to Joy's family. Joy was a good friend and co-worker for many years. I will always remember her great kindness to others and especially her laughter. She will be missed. Her family is in my prayers.

Joy was such a special lady she was devoted to her family and friends and C&F Quinton will never be the same without her. She will be greatly missed. Joy was very much loved and loved so many, she would go above and beyond to help others. I find comfort in knowing I will meet her again one day in heaven. Joy is going to wearout her wings because I know she is a guardian watching over us all. Please accept my deepest sympathy and let me know if there is anything I can do.
Love,

My condolences to the family. I new Joy from C & F Bank for years. She was a very special person and will be miss a great deal. She always had a smile on her. May God give the family peace and comfort at this time. I do know that C & F Bank has not been the same since Joy has been gone from the bank. She truly was a blessing to work with. If I needed anything. All I had to do was make a phone call to her and she would take care of that need for me.

It is so sad to hear that we of Denbigh/Menchville Class of 1972 have lost a classmate.
I remember seeing Joy in the halls and when we'd pass and our eyes would meet, she would flash the most beautiful smile.
Our sincerest sympathy to Joy's family and friends and to her sister, Frances.

Joy was a special person, who we knew through our trips to the bank. She was always smiling and wonderful to us as her customers but she had a gift of making us feel like a special friend as well. We have missed her since she left the bank and know she will be in a special place with God. We pray for God's peace to be with her family and close friends during their loss.
