SULLIVAN, Carole S., 66, of White Stone, died December 4, 2008. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. In 1982, she began her successful voyage as the owner and operator of the long-standing and well-known Sandpiper Restaurant in White Stone. It continues to thrive by the loyalty of her customers and devoted employees. She is survived by a daughter, Kelli Sullivan Moss of White Stone; sons, Mark Schellhaas of White Stone and Ken Schellhaas of Louisiana; grandchildren, Katie and Alex Schellhaas, Sydney and Matthew Moss; sisters, Pauline Wall and husband, Dave, Mary McDaniels and husband, Jim, all of White Stone; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 8, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Memorials may be made to RGH Oncology Department, P.O. Box 1449, Kilmarnock, Va. 22482.
