Annie T. Owen

OWEN, Annie T., 84, of Chester, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2008. She was a native of Brunswick County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Dudley and Esther Hurst Thacker, and was a member of Dundas Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Harry J. Owen; a daughter, Peggy O. Meadows and husband, Robert, of Chester; two sons, H. Wayne Owen and wife, Judith, of Chester, Ricky Owen and wife, Debbie, of Chesterfield; four sisters, two brothers, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with Neil Wheeler officiating.
