He was a very kind and pleasant man. I met him at Sunrise Assisted Living, where my mother also resides. He often said I reminded him of a parishioner at his church, of which he spoke often and with great affection. A great conversationalist. He enjoyed people, and they enjoyed him. We will miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with all the family..Lewis was such a kind and thoughtful man and had such a "peaceful" presence. I worked with your Mother, Nancy, at Bellwood and enjoyed being with them at our Bellwood Retiree Luncheons...they will be missed!
Blessings & Peace.

I have had many Christmas dinners with Nancy, Lewis and the Gee family. They welcomed me as part of their family. Lewis was and has always been a kind, gentle, gracious and religious person. God has called him home to be with Nancy once again. My sympathy goes out to Rob, Julie, Karen and their families. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Always a kind word, a hug, and miles of smiles is how we'll remember your Dad. Lewis was truly a special person, and his NARFE family (of which he and your Mother, Nancy, were a part of ) will always remember his as such. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Mr. Gee will be sorely missed at the family Christmas parties. He was always smiling and never really complained. I enjoyed seeing him whenever the family gathered. He will be fondly remembered always.
I know this is hard on the family this time of year, but he's home with the Lord he loved so much. I'll be praying for you.

Lewis was a wonderful man and such a joy to everyone at church. He just brightened up your Sunday when you saw him at church. He always had a smile on his face no matter what. He will be greatly missed and so will his wonderful smile. He was such a great example for everyone who knew him. What a wonderful Christmas gift for him to get to be with our Lord Jesus Christ for Christmas. Our prayers are with you and your family.

WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN. I HAVE KNOWN LEWIS GEE FOR MORE YEARS THAN I CARE TO SAY. NANCY WAS A SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER OF MINE AND WE OFTEN MET AT THEIR HOME. I TOO WAS BORN IN SOUTH HILL SO WE HAD A CONNECTION. ALSO LEWIS REDID MY CHILDHOOD CHAIR FOR MY MOTHER TO GIVE TO ME ONE CHRISTMAS. I STILL HAVE THE CHAIR AND THE WORK IS EXCEPTIONAL - AS WAS LEWIS. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BUT WHAT A GREAT LIFE HE HAD AND SUCH A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE FOR US ALL TO FOLLOW. WE KNOW YOU ARE IN HEAVEN WITH OUR LORD. GOD BLESS YOU.
