Carol O'Brien Obituary

O'BRIEN, Carol S., 80, of Colonial Heights, peacefully passed from this life on Friday, January 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. O'Brien. She is survived by her daughter, Ann (Kent) Bradshaw; grandson, Ryan O'Hallahan; a sister and three brothers from Maine, and a brother from Florida. Carol retired from Virginia Linen Service after 38 years. Her gentle nature and quick smile will be missed by all who knew her. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009 at Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Massey Cancer Center or Bon Secours Hospice. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
