My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers go out to the Payne Family. I only knew Mrs. Payne for a short time but, she made me and my family feel right at home. Doug I am here for you buddy anytime. I know that you will miss your mom greatly and knew she meant the world to you. She will be missed and never forgotten. Love,
