Ralph M. Plott

PLOTT, Ralph M., 80, of 8180 Redgate Lane, Mechanicsville, Va., died Monday, February 9, 2009 in the Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center, Sebring, Fla. He was born in Norfolk, Va. on February 11, 1928 and was the son of the late Omar Adam Plott and Atchie Bradley Plott. He was a retired employee of C&P Telephone (now Verizon), a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in WWII and was a mason. Surviving are his wife, Jean Kirby Plott of Mechanicsville, Va.; and sister, Mary P. Pollay of Chesterfield, Va. A graveside service was held Saturday, February 14, 2009 from the Draper Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Draper, Va. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 1 p.m. from the Fairfield Presbyterian Church, 6930 Cold Harbor Rd., Mechanicsville, Va.
