Gloria Harvell Lewis Stone

STONE, Gloria Harvell Lewis, 82, of Chesterfield, died Tuesday February 24, 2009 at Chippenham Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Earl C. and Grace Jones Harvell. Gloria was a member of Second Branch Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, William F. Stone; daughter, Bonnie Lewis Culbreath and husband, Vaughan, of Ford; stepson, Ken O. Stone and wife, Debbie, of Chesterfield; stepdaughter, Lesley S. Bulifant and husband, Paul, of Colonial Heights, grandchildren, J.P. Culbreath and wife, Sheri, J. Cory Culbreath, Mathew and Steven Bulifant, Christa Gibbons and husband, Ryan, Katie and Kendall Stone; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Claire, Jacob, and Caroline Culbreath; and numerous nieces and nephews. Grandma had a kind and loving heart with a great appreciation for the simple things in life. A graveside service will take place 1:30 p.m. Wednesday March 4, 2009 in Blandford Cemetery Petersburg, Virginia with Pastor Steven Vaughn and the Reverend Jerry Harris officiating. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. The Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, 23834, are handling the arrangements.
