My best memory of uncle chick is he used to pick me up by my ears. It wasn't until years later that i realized it was the strength from his forearms lifting me up and my ears were in no danger whatsoever. Even though i still consider him the strongest man in the world. I will miss you very much. I love you Uncle chuck and ill remember you @ christmas (inside joke)

I had the pleasure of knowing Chuck for many years - he used to come in the office to bid on projects and was always laughing and kidding around with us....he always managed to brighten your day....even though had not seen or heard from him since he retired....I have kept tabs on him through others who had talked to him. He will definitely be missed...His family and loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers during this time.
In Christian love and sympathy,

I was so sad to hear of Chuck's death. He stopped in to see me a few weeks ago. I have never met a more charming, witty, funny, animated, and just plain wonderful man. He was truly one of my favorite people (one of a kind). I am honored to have been his friend and I will deeply miss him and his playful antics. I will keep Chuck and his family & friends in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to read of Chuck's death. We knew each other back in the 70's when we lived at Tivoli in Richmond, VA.
He and I dated, and I have some fun pictures of him from the parties he had and we attended, and the Skyline Drive that I took when we were there with his beloved Chevy Corvette.
He was so much fun, very giving and caring, and made me feel special.
Chuck carried my brother, who was in a wheel chair, up to his apartment so that he could participate in all of the fun and "dance" to the music on his Wurlitzer! I always made him play "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me!
Should you wish to call me, my phone number is 804-672-0462.
I am so sorry for you loss. He was a good man.
Sincerely,
Karen McAleer

Chuck was the bestest co-worker ever. He will always be remembered by me as the funniest and nicest guy EVER! I will miss you so much Chuckie Baby.
