HATCHER, Sallie Ann, age 71, entered into eternal peace on Monday, September 14, 2009. She was born on June 22, 1938 in Amelia County, Virginia. She was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Cochrane; mother, Betty E. Bibbs; and stepfather, Lawrence E. Bibbs Sr. To cherish fond memories, she leaves three daughters, Chyffon, Mary and Terri Hatcher; three sons, Willie Lewis Hatcher, David Anderson and Ulysses L. Hatcher; four grandchildren, Hezhekhiah, Christie, Breonna and Alexis; and four brothers. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at Watkins Community Chapel, 2701 Garland Avenue, Richmond, Va. 23222. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Reverend Glinda Ford officiating.
