Wayne and Family,
I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light.
All the pain and suffering is over
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.
And he came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tread
And with Jesus' arm to lean on
Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still:
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's will.
There is still work waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now, while life remaineth-
You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is completed,

To The Clarke & Shelton Families, Our sympathy is with you during your time of sorrow. When I think of Maxcine, I remember all the times when she would turn the bus around and take us back up to the school because we misbehaved. May God bless you all.

I am sorry for not reaching out to Maxcine's family and loved ones sooner. I just learned of her passing and want to offer my condolences. Maxcine was so faithful to the young people of Powhatan and helped keep us safe each school day. I know you will miss her, and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

The loss of someone so near and dear is difficult to bear. Kind words and gestures seem to be of little comfort when your pain and grief runs so deep; but know that we are here for you and you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Mac will truly will be missed and will live on in our hearts and memories.

No words can express our deepest sympathy. I will always remember how Maxine made me laugh no matter what all my life we all have been in each others life for all things as a family through thick and thin.
