GIBSON, Margaret Pepper, 83, of Culpeper, formerly of Louisa County, died Monday, September 21, 2009 at Culpeper Health and Rehab Center. Born August 17, 1925 in Florida, she was a daughter of the late Ernest B. Pepper and Neta Crawford Pepper. She was the wife of the late Marion Gibson. Mrs. Gibson was a member of the Louisa Christian Church. She is survived by two daughters, Judy L. Gibson of Culpeper, Linda G. Mallory and husband, Frank of Montpelier; three sisters, Doris House of Arkansas, Etta Mae Cross of Florida, Mary C. Stevens of Florida; and a granddaughter, Sara E. Mallory of Richmond. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2009, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Louisa. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 on Wednesday evening, September 23, 2009, at Preddy Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Gordonsville, Va. 22942.
