To the Family of Alice Calloway
As a child growing up in St. Phillip's Church, I remember Ms. Alice and my mother, Frances sharing a pew for over 50 yrs. I always admired Ms. Alice's lovable demeanor and impeccable dress. She was a role model. An icon even. I always enjoyed seeing her when I would go back to visit church on special ocassions. She always had hugs and kisses for me (and one can never have too many of those) I will miss her sweetness immensely. May God's love comfort you during this difficult time and may you seek solace in knowing that Ms. Alice is seated at the right hand of the Father and his mercy endureth forever.

To the Family of Mrs. Alice Reid Calloway,

Words truly cannot express what a blessing it is to have known her. Her sweet spirit and her willingness to share her memories were God's gift to me. Her willingness to fight social injustices and her love for her fellow man made her one of the greatest ladies I've ever known.
May God continue to bless each of you as we lift you up in prayer.
