Larry Eugene SMITH

SMITH, Larry Eugene, 65, of Wilson, N.C., died Thursday, October 1, 2009. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at West Nash United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Fort Hill Memorial Park, Lynchburg, Va. The Rev. William Holliday and the Rev. Lewis Harris will officiate. The family will receive friends at the home. He was the owner-operator of Dove HealthCare, Inc. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Virginia Drinkwater Smith; two sons, Russell Smith and wife, Lynne, of Mechanicsville, Va. and Mike Tisdale and wife, Stacey, of Nashville; a daughter, Virginia Tisdale of Greenville; five grandchildren, Rachel, Adam, Ryan, Chase and Cassidy. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory may be directed to West Nash United Methodist Church Pre-School, P.O. Box 8298, Wilson, N.C. 27893.
