Dear Karen,

It's been many, many years but I was greatly saddened to hear
about Rich. As often happens, I was just talking about him, telling my husband a funny college story that of course, included Rich cracking us all up.

Truthfully, there is not a person who knows him - then or now - who would not say:"He made me laugh." What an amazing gift! There is no doubt that he will be greatly missed.

Dear Karen, Danny, Amanda-
Mr. & Mrs. Auricchio, Mike and family,
Mr. and Mrs. K and family,

I know you'll see Rick, but I wanted to tell you, words can't even tell you how we feel. Rich was such a good friend and he was loved so VERY much. We will miss him terribly, our hearts are so very sad. Rick loved Richie like he was a brother and our kids thought the world of Rich....they looked forward to seeing him on our visits to Amsterdam, because he'd have them rolling in laughter with stories or expessions. He was a one of a kind! We've laughed and cryed with him and always knew he was a true friend.
He loved you all so very much. He talked endlessly about you, Danny and Amanda; please know he was so very proud of both of you. When he talked about family, you could really feel how much he loved you ALL...his family meant the world to him. We were so blessed to be part of his life.

Rich we love you.

Words simply cannot express what so many are feeling today. Though I knew Rich through my sister Michele and Mike, I know that his warm smile will be missed. He always brought laughter to our gatherings.
