Harry:

A year has passed and you still live on in our hearts and minds - I love and miss you so much...

----------------------------------
If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, we would walk all the way to Heaven to bring you home again.

No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good-bye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why.

Our hearts ache in sadness and secret tears will flow - what is meant to lose you, no one will ever know.

With much love,

Sandi

If we could bring you back again,
For one more hour or day,
We’d express all our unspoken love;
We’d have countless things to say.

If we could bring you back again,
We’d say we treasured you,
And that your presence in our lives
Meant more than we ever knew.

If we could bring you back again,
To tell you what we should,
You’d know how much we miss
you now,

And if we could, we would.

Dear Harry:

May you rest in peace and at last be with your family (mother, father and grandmother) whom you never knew. It's hard to think of one so young being gone so quickly. I will always remember your love for animals, your keen wit and happy smile. Love, Faye

Dear Mrs, Rivers and the Rivers family,
I was saddened and shocked to hear of Harrys passing. It all came back to me in a split second. I remember taking care of Harry as a newborn in the intensive care nursery. He was so very small and helpless. I see that he was a very active guy before his passing. Looks like you did a wonderful job with him. God Bless you all who loved him and may the Lord comfort you in you time of sadness. sincerely,
Antoinette (Ravida) Pratt

The sorrow of our faithful fisherman
is not that of permanent loss,
but the tender sense of sadness
that comes in saying
good-bye for now
for our fisherman kin
whom we all love
may today's sorrow give way
to the peace and comfort
of God's love

The Rivers Family, I am sorry to hear about Harry David. I've had the pleasure of meeting him on several occassions at his grandmothers house. (Dorothy Cucher) Harry was the apple of her eye and still is. She spoke of him often. I hope it gives you great comfort in knowing that Harry David is not alone, and his mother (Suzy), father (Harry) and Grandmother (Dorothy) are with him now. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

A Rose Once Grew

A rose once grew where all could see,
sheltered beside a garden wall,
And, as the days passed swiftly by,
it spread its branches, straight and tall.
One day, a beam of light shone through
a crevice that had opened wide –
The rose bent gently toward its warmth
then passed beyond to the other side.
Now, you who deeply feel its loss,
be comforted – the rose blooms there,
Its beauty even greater now,
nurtured by God’s own loving care.

God Bless You Harry,
I Love You, Lorie
