We cannot even begin to express our sympathies for the Greene Family. George "Grumpy" was one of the kindest people we have ever had the fortune to meet in our lives. I do not have one memory from the last 8 years without George in it. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. Your family is an extension of ours!! With love.

Sharon
Although we haven't seen each other in a very long time, you and George have been in my thoughts. You and George were my dearest of friends for a number of years. I will miss George more now that he has left this world; but I know he is now in a better place with his parents and with God. Rest in peace

To all my cousins, just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. If I was in NY, I would be there. Know I am there in spirit. Butch was a cool guy. My greatest memory of him is being teased by him, and dancing at a party with him. I think I was 10. Lasting memories....Take care of each other. Life is short. Love, Karen Fredericks-Petrosky

I haven't seen Butchie, or most of the rest of the family in years, but growing up across the street, I felt like I was one of a great family. I have only the best memories of all of us just hanging out. They'll be with me forever.

To Sharon and all My Cousins- I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember the fun times with Butchie and all of you camping and the picnics, Caroga Lake- all the family get togethers. I can't believe he is gone. He will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry I can't be there with all of you, but I am in Florida. Just know that I would be there if I could. Butch - I can't believe this. I keep thinking back - you let me drive your Mustang; I was visiting you and George in Ft. Benning, GA; Sharon, you, George, and me were a foursome. Life and times change but we were always close. My heart is broke but we'll all be together again - Love Janet
