Jane Lake Obituary

Lake, Jane F. DELMAR Jane F. Lake on October 7, 2008 died at home surrounded by her loving family. Jane was born in Buffalo on January 5, 1916. She was the wife of the late Kenneth C. Lake. Jane moved to Delmar in 1947. She had been employed by the former Dorothy Lynn shop and more recently employed by Linens by Gail where she retired at the age of 75. Jane is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Ronald) Walter of Delmar; and a son, Kent J. (Sandie) Lake of Calif. Jane is the grandmother of Crystie L. Pratt, Susan J. Walter, Markus K., Zachary L. and Jacob J. Lake. Also survived by four great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Everett G. Jepson. Private graveside services will be held in Bethlehem Cemetery. Contributions in Jane's memory may be made to Community Hospice of Albany County, 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205. Arrangements entrusted to the Durant Funeral Home, 741 Delaware Ave., Delmar.
