Dear Willsey family,
Your Mom was such a good friend to me during the time I worked at St Peter's.I loved her a lot. And missed her when we parted ways due to our lives taking different paths.
I think of her often. I am so sorry for your loss.

Mrs. Willsey holds a special place in my heart. Mrs. Willsey's love for the children at St. Margaret's made her one of my favorite staff members. She was our guest speaker at our graduation ceremony. I was touched that she remembered me when I had my children at St. Peter's. She made a point to come by to wish us well. She will be missed. My condolences to you all.

I was very saddened to read that Mrs. Willsey had passed, but happy that all my special little angels from St. Margaret's are getting their special friend, caretaker and champion with them in Heaven. I was a graduate of 1979 but remember Irene like it was yesterday. She was the sweetest, most caring person it was ever my pleasure to work with. I thought of her fondly over the years and would run into her now and again in and around Altamont. Through the years she never altered her warm and kind ways. I never saw her but that she had a big smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye! She will be greatly missed.
Sincerely,

JoAnne (Wilkinson)Brady

To Irene's Family:
I was saddened to read of Mrs. Willsey's passing. I have such fond memories of her and the time that I spent while a student at St. Margaret's.(Class of 1984) Mrs. Willsey ran a tight ship while she was a charge nurse. There was a time for fun but the children ALWAYS came first. I had so much respect for her and her nursing skills.
I know she was greeted at heaven's gate by many of God's smallest angels. May she rest in the peace she is so deserving of.
Sincerely,

Donna (Bolognino) Colby RN

We wanted to let you all know we are thinking of you and you all are in our prayers. Your mom always got a kick out of me telling her, "Hey Irene your honey's home when I saw Bill pull in the driveway." Much love to all of you.
