Trudy Mendez-Dunham Obituary

Mendez-Dunham, Trudy Elizabeth
Born July 25, 1947, passed away peacefully in her sleep April 5, 2011. Born in Shreveport Louisiana, she moved to Phoenix at age 5. She traveled the world with the love of her life, Mauricio Mendez, to whom she was married 45 years. He continues to love her "more than yesterday, but less than tomorrow..." Preceded in death by her parents V.A. Dunham and Blanche Elizabeth Dunham. She is survived by her three children Mina, Melisa and Michael, two grandchildren, Ava and Leah, brothers Whitney and Scott and "seester" Debbie. She will be forever missed by her family and many friends from around the world to whom she would bid, with her mischievous grin, "last word!" In lieu of flowers, a donation to the American Diabetes Association is appreciated. Friends are welcomed to leave a special thought or memory for Trudy by signing the family guestbook at www.hansenmortuary.com.
