Our heartfelt condolences to Susan's family. We just learned of her passing from our daughter Nichole Tiggs. Nichole is currently teaching in China and remembered last seeing Susan at a Cross Country competition in Indiana while she was obtaining her undergraduate degree.
Our sincere blessings to all of you. May your memories and the strength of our Lord bring you peace.
Blessings, The Eddie L. Tiggs Family

Susan will always be one of the best friends I have ever had. From the very first time I met her, she made me want to be a better person. I learned and grew so much as a person from being associated with her. Susan had such an amazing ability to love everyone and see the good in every person and in every situation. I love her dearly and I look forward to the day when I can see her again.

My heart and prayers are with you at this time. I remember fondly holding Susan as a baby at Holdeman Park during soccer practices and around ward socials.

You will always be in my heart as such a kind fun loving person. I loved being around you as we were growing up. I will always remember seeing you in the temple last year. I am so glad that I got to share that brief moment with you. My heart goes out to your family in this great time of loss. We all know that we will all see her bright smiling face again. Love you Susan!

Even though our association was brief, and long ago, memories of an energetic, beautiful young woman remains. Susans battle has touched and inspired our lives. May God bless and comfort you in your time of grief.
