Pierina Ciaudella Obituary

Of East Boston on July 6, in her 102nd year, beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother of Dante Ciaudella and his wife Gail of Barnstead, NH and the late Raymond Ciaudella. Cherished grandmother of Christopher Ciaudella of South Boston. Also survived by her loving nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Hts.) EAST BOSTON on Wed., July 9 at 9 AM followed by her funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Brooks St. at 10. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7. Funeral Home is handicapped accessible, children's lounge available, courtesy valet parking front entrance Funeral Home, for complimentary transportation to & from the funeral home please call 617- 569-0990. I too have many fond memories of Pierina from Princeton Street. She lived just a few doors away while we were growing up and she always had a kind word for everyone.

Dan and family,
So sorry to hear about your mother. God bless her.
Have many good memories of Pierina from Princeton St....I still have the afghan she made for me and John when we bought the house at 114(only having moved from 112). Can remember bringing her tomatoes from John's garden, peppers, too...she always enjoyed that, looked forward to it, I think.
Can remember her and Mrs. Sanchez sitting on the front stairs in the warmer weather...always taking the time to talk to us,the "kids" in the nieghborhood, and other neighbors, walking by....
Lots of memories ....
