I just learned of Bob's passing in the architectural press.

As separate architectural firms, Bob and I shared office space in Central Square for 29 years. But is was more than simply sharing office space. We shared thoughts about practice, about the Boston Society of Architects, about what is now the Boston Architectural College, about Central Square itself and about our own office space. Bob was a source of referrals, of leads, of ideas, of peer review.

It was a time of fond memories.

As a young architect just out of Univeristy I worked with Bob in his Central Square office for a number of years in the late 70's early 80's. He was and remains an inspiration. My sincerest of sympathies to the family.
