Ronald McLellan Obituary

McLELLAN, Ronald Thomas, SGM, US Army, Retired affectionately known as "Tom," age 78, of Acton, Sept. 3, 2008 at his home. Beloved husband of Laura McLellan. Also survived by a dear sister-in-law, Marguerite Beusee; 4 nieces, a nephew & extended family members. He was the brother of the late Stephen V. Symanski, Rosemary Smith & Carol Symanski. All are invited to a memorial service on Sat., October 18th at 11:30AM at the Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center, 219 Littleton Road (Rte 110) Westford, MA 01886. Veteran of Korea & Vietnam. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Army Emergency Relief Fund, 200 Stovall St., Room 5-n-13, Alexandria, VA 22332 also at www.aerhq.org; or to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, 10 Chandler St., Boston, MA 02116, also at www.arlboston.org

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Tom. Jennifer B told me when I saw her in Cannes. She was so pleased to see both of you before her trip. Please know my prayers are with you.

Sgt. Maj. McLellan,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated sevice and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army-especially during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
