From Ringers Playground, to NYC and back to Allston. I have known Charlie for 60 years. He was a special friend with his wonderful sense of humor, his charm, his intelligence and sensitivity towards the world around him. He deeply valued his friends and I am honored to have been one of them. I shall miss you Charlie! My condolences to Mary and all of Charlies family.

For 20 years we shared an office, a variety of TV shows (you as host, me as producer), many laughs and more thoughtful discussions than I could ever recall. I will miss you, dear friend. The world has lost a "one-of-a-kind', and we are so much poorer for that. May you have eternal peace and comfort. My sympathies to the remarkable Honan family.
