O'TOOLE, Terence J., M.D. Of Brockton, age 70, Oct 18. Husband of Mary (McMahon). Father of Peggy Moynihan and her husband Timothy of Stoneham, James M. O'Toole and his wife Jaqueline of NH and Kevin A. O'Toole and his wife Jennifer of WA. Brother of Mildred Elizabeth Dahill of CA, Austin M. O'Toole of TX and the late Judy, Alma, and Michael D. and John B. O'Toole III. He is also survived by his 4 grandsons; Sean P. and Terence J. Moynihan, and Seamus A. and Wilian J. O'Toole. Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) STOUGHTON on Thursday at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Brockton at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
