I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Soper's passing. I will always have fond memories of her for taking the time to minister to the youth in MYF. Mrs. Soper was so thoughtful to send me small packages and homemade cards for my birthday when I was at college. It meant a lot to me that she took the time to do such kind things. I will always remember the fun times we had at Camp Aldersgate.

My condolences to the family.

So sorry to hear of Val Jean's passing. I was a colleague of hers at Chelsea High School and remember how much she was loved and respected by her students and fellow teachers for her kind ways. I am grateful to have known her.

With fond memories of a very loving
Aunt that always welcomed nieces and nephews with open arms when we would come to the farm in the summer in NE. Was good to have you and the family in our home in Ill.
Val Jean will be greatly missed.

Please accept our sincere sympathy. Although we have know your mother for many years, we came to really know and appreciate her during the time we have lived at Deaconess Abundant Life Community. We especially enjoyed sharing with her in the Sunday Lunch Bunch, with the other Clergy and Clergy spouses. She will be missed.
