My time spent with Dave were special years of my life. We didn't stay in touch much since we left the Air Force but he was a good friend. Our years in the flight surgeons office at Elmendorf will always be remembered.

I have known Dave for more than thirty years and served in the U.S. Air Force with him. He was once my boss while we were medics together. He was also one of my great buddies and hunting and fishing companions. Our hunting camp seemed empty without his presence this fall. I know Teri will have struggles without him but with the help of family and friends she will get along just fine. We will always be there for her. I will never forget some of our great hunting adventures and some of his stories he told around our campfires. We loved Dave and will keep him in our hearts forever.
