Mr. Pazareskis,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Aunt Rae and cousins,
I was very saddened to learn of Uncle Paul's death when I just happened to call Aunt Mae yesterday. He truly was an incredible man: the best husband and father imaginible. He always lived his life with a quiet, gentle dignity and was the patriarch of a beautiful family. I read in the Daily News that he was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Though he wasn't able to watch the broadcast of the Sox winning the League series Sunday night or see the Pats dominate the Dolphins, he surely was watching both of his beloved teams doing him proud from above. I have no doubt that he is anxiously looking forward to the upcoming Sox - Rockies series as well. If there is any consolation we can take at all it is the certain knowledge that he now rests in the hands of God, enjoying his reunion with his loved ones previously called to heaven, and that he will enjoy everlasting happiness. I am so sorry that I am unable to make the trip from Florida for the services, but I assure you that I will be there in spirit. Please accept my sincere condolences and wishes that the Almighty may help all of you through these very difficult times.
