To the Cieplinski Family:
If your loved one was Bill Cieplinski from the New York Central, let me share a thought with you. I worked with Bill at the NYC for two years back in the 1960's. I was a green kid fresh out of school and Bill taught me much about the railroad. This Firm Foundation is still serving me well in my vocation in the railroad - transportation business.
My Best Wishes to You as we remember Bill.
