Dear Teresa & Family,
Sorry this is so late but I just found out about Roy. I'm so sorry and my prayers are with you all. Roy was a gentlemen and a scholar and a good friend to my dad, me, and our family, I will miss him. He reminded me of my dad in alot of ways. They had alot in common. They were both WW II veterans, born the same month 10 days apart (Nov 10 1920). They always treated people fairly and led by example with Honesty and Integrity. My condolences, and God bless you and your family.

Dear Mrs Cesar and family,
I'm an atty., 5 years younger than Roy, but knew him for many years. He was a very fine man and we shared many friends , Nino Sciolino, and others and memories. however, it wasn't until recent years that we both realized that we had attended 32 school. I was only there till 3rd grade when we upgraded and moved from Pratt St. to Hickory St and went to 47 school. It was always a pleasure to bump into Roy downtown and reminisce with him. He was a real gentleman and I'm sure you must have woderful memories of him. My deepest condolences to you and wishing you strength through this most difficult time,

To my Aunt Teresa and my cousins, Your dad, my uncle was a good man. As I got older I had the opportunity to spend more time with him. He, like my father and Uncle Gino were 3 of a kind, each different but all cut from the same cloth, exceptional individuals. He was especially close with my dad, something that my father and I will not forget. I know there is pain and sense of loss, but the important thing is that we all have what they have in us.

On behalf of all the Biggs' family. Mr. Cesar was a treasure to our father, Jim. As he reflected on his own life, he told us he thanked God everyday for Roy Cesar and the example of a Godly man that he was. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.
