To the Pockalny's:
I will always remember your Mom and Dad's kindnesses to our family and everyone they came in contact with, their sense of neighborlyness, their talents in the kitchen and all around the house and yard, and finally their love for their family. I am greatly saddened at losing both of them, most recently Creighton. It's truly the passing of the greatest generation. Still, I can see how their spirits live on in the Pockalny kids and the grandchildtren. What a great family. Mary Burns

Dear Pockalny Family-
Our family will really miss Creighton. He was a great man and neighbor all these years. "Can't Find A Better Man."
Always so kind never phony...
Always so knowledgeable never boastful...
Always so generous and helpful never pushy...
Always such a hard-worker never complaining...
It was an honor to know him and to be able to share in the beautiful service you had for him.
It was so nice to be able to meet all his grand-children who he was so proud of and to see just how much he meant to all of them.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers-Cathy and Bridget Obzud (Burns)

We are saddened to hear of Uncle Creight's passing. We remember his devilish nature, beaming smile and quick laugh. He always put you in a good mood. Generous, hard working and well respected. Every family member passing wears on our hearts a little more. It is a sad day.

So very sorry to hear of Uncle Creight's passing. I can only hope that it was peaceful. You can be certain he will be watching over all of you. But I'm sure he's happy to be back with all his loved ones who have gone before him. I'll bet there's one hell of a family party happening (probably at Aunt Katie's).

Kevin, Kim, Kerry, Candie, Ellen, Gayle,
So sorry to learn of your father's passing. I will always remember his pleasant demeanor, quick smile and kindness. It is fall days like these that remind me of driving down to the lake house in the old camper van, working on the house, and listening to the Bill's on the radio. Your parents graciousness toward me will always be remembered. Even now, everytime I swear in polish, I think of your dad.... I forced him to teach me the safe ones.

Ellen, Gayle, Candy, Kerry, Kim and Kevin -
I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was such a nice man and a great farmer too. He shared his many vegetables with Cathy and my mom each summer. I got to enjoy a few during my summer visits.
I enjoyed seeing your dad last summer at my brother Jim's retirement party.
May your many good memories help you through this difficult time. Love, Joan (Burns) Christopher
