ALVARADO - Johnny Warren Entered this world on 10/8/08 and went to be with the Lord on 10/11/08. Beloved son of Katie (nee Burton) and John Alvarado; grandson of Brenda and Jay Burton, Katharine and Julius Keller and Betty and Robert Alvarado (both deceased); great-grandson of Marjorie and Harold Heine and Marie and Charles Zielinski; nephew of Christine (Brad ) Work, Rebecca (Drew) Sulzer and Chad Burton. He was deeply loved by all who are grateful for the days shared with him. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Johnnys name to the NICU c/o Womens and Childrens Hospital Foundation 1260 Delaware Ave. Buffalo, NY 14209 would be appreciated by the family. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the Mayfield United Methodist Church, 7747 Mayfield Rd., Chesterland. Rev. Ashwin Welch officiating. Interment Knollwood cemetery. Family will receive friends at THE DAN COSIC FUNERAL HOME, 28890 Chardon Rd. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Willoughby Hills, Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM 440-944-8400.

Even though it was only for a short time, I know the little guy will leave an impression on your hearts forever!
