Your Mom and my husband were always giving each other a hard time, not sure who always got the best end of the deal, she was a good friend and we will remember all the good times we had at Leisurewood. She will be deeply missed.

Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss and ends with a tear.

Dear Betty Ann&Mike, Susie&Kevin, John&Terry and family, I hate that time has brought us to this place. I want you to know the respect I had for your Mom (and Dad) early on in our relationship and throughout the years as being a well grounded devoted family that was inspiring to others and for the hope and faith in todays time, is still possible. They were both so proud of all of you. I hope and pray you will all get through this knowing your parents are now together. I know you will forever hold them in your hearts and that there are many good memories to share for a long time to come. Your in my thoughts and prayers as always. Love and miss you, Aunt Marcy

Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty!
In this everlasting light.

All the pain and grief is over,
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever.
Safely home in Heaven at last.

Did you wonder I go so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.

And He came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tread;
And with Jesus' arm to lean on,
Could I have one doubt or dread?

Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still;
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's Will.

There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now,while life remaineth-
You shall rest in Jesus' land.

When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
Oh the joy to see you come!

#Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow." Bill and I will miss Betty. Our memories of her good and we are glad we got to know her at Leisurewood. It won't be the same next summer. I know she will be remembered as we continue to participate in the activities she loved. I can hear her now telling her friends in heaven I used to do that when I was on earth.

Dear Betty, Suzie, Johnny and family,
I am saddened by the passing of your mom. We all spent so much time together when we were younger. I have many fun memories...like going to the drive-in in your parents' station wagon and dancing like fools in your basement. I'm glad I got to see all of you and your mom at the Harvard Street reunion. I'm sure your mom is at rest with your dad.
Sincerely,
Tina

We're sorry to hear of Aunt Betty's passing.
Take comfort that she's with so many of our loved ones that have gone before her--Aunt Terry, Uncle Jack, Aunt Joanie, Uncle Joe, etc.
I'll bet she's already up there giving them a good old-fashioned hard time!
From one "mean lady" to another: God bless you Aunt Betty.
