Pat and Larry, Mike and Radelle and David,
Tommy called me yesterday to let me know that Aunt Farnces had passed away. I am so sorry to hear that. I really loved her and your dad. I find it hard to believe that she is gone. She was such a comfort to me when my dad died. She held me and told me to go ahead and cry. I miss her already. My love and sympathy to all of you.

Frances was a one of a kind. She was very kind and understanding and came to the aid of people she did not even know if they needed help.....
I will always remember her - she was my landlady at one time, and a very wonderful one at that.
