HANITZ-Mary A. (nee Babala) November 21, 2007 of West Seneca, NY; beloved wife of the late Stephen; dearest mother of Stephen (Sharon) and Marilyn (Larry) Glascott; loving grandmother of Stephen, Robyn and Beth Hanitz and Christopher Glascott; great-grandmother of Adam, Stephen and Alexander; daughter of the late Nicholas and Ahafia (nee Popiw) Babala; sister of Walter (late Irene) and the late Micheal; also survived by nieces and nephews. Services from THE COLONIAL MEMORIAL CHAPELS, INC., 3003 South Park Ave., Lackawanna, Monday morning at 10:45 and from St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church at 11:30. Mrs. Hanitz was a member of LUC, Hriczko Post, Lackawanna Seniors and numerous other organizations. Visitation Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Panakhyda Saturday at 7 PM & Sunday at 3 PM.

We always remember her as a kind, smiling, loving lady.
