I'll miss Aunt Ruthie very, very much. Aunt Ruthie was always warm and loving. And while she had such a gentle way about her, you knew her underlying strength was always there.
Uncle Donny, Jodi, Cindy, Dolores and to all those who are grieving - my love and prayers are with you.

Dear Donnie and Dolores:
I will never forget the good times that we all spent with Ruthie for the past ten years. Ruthie was a very good friend to me and also a very caring individual, and had a heart of gold. She was always there for anyone for whatever you needed. I will always remember and cherish these good times that we all spent together. I also want to extend my deepest sympathy to Cindy, Jodi and their families for their great loss.

How lucky I am to have met Marc's Aunt Ruthie several times having come into the family only five years ago. She was so very lovely, warm, sweet, gentle and had a great sense of humor! We all had many laughs around Dolores's dining room table. She will truly be missed. I want to say how sorry I am to Uncle Donnie, Jody, Cindy and their families. I know how much she will be missed. How lucky you all were to have had her in your life. She was undeniably brave and strong especially at the end! She left this earth plane way too soon! Heaven got a special Angel.

My aunt was kind, considerate and caring beyond words. This is a tremendous loss to all that knew her. The memories will be held deep in my heart. 'No' was not in Aunt Ruth's vocabulary, she could bake at a moment's notice or babysit. If she didn't have the ingredients, running to the store was the fastest option. I can only imagine she is offering up recipes in heaven, especially her chocolate cake.

Donnie, Jody, Cindy and family: We are so sorry to hear about Ruthie. Our small Gistenson family will miss her and the links to our own generation. I know you will cherish all the wonderful times you all shared. We are in Scottsdale, and can't be with you at this time, but we send our love. Gail and Buddy

We are so very sorry for your loss. Ruth was a dear woman with a great smile. She always stopped to say hello and ask about our family, taking time to chat with us. She will be missed.
