Kenny and Sharon, we thank your mom for her friendship over the years, and for your and her patience with Mom, who regularly walked across the street to try to dance with your Mom! Both we and Mom will miss her. (The Leo's)

Sharon and Kenny--
Got word via John Brannen about your Mom. We are all very sorry to hear of her passing and will make sure other relatives are aware. We hope that the memories of happy times spent together will help you all through this difficult time.

Dearest Sharon and Ken, How very well I remember your dear Mother. She was such a terrific Scout leader; we were so blessed to have her as a great volunteer who led us so tirelessly. She never gave up on us! We had so many wonderful times at Camp Merrybrook because of her (and your Dad)and also at day camp, etc etc. Your house was a nice place to visit because she made your friends feel so welcome. I would have loved to have seen her when I lived in Lisle. By the time I started going to the spa where she had worked, she was already retired. She was a great lady and I am especially sad that you have lost her so close to Mother's Day. I just know that there is a special place in Heaven for her just as there has always, always been a special place in my heart for her. She and Mickie Davies were such hoot! I'm so sorry for your grief.

Your mom was a fabulous leader and mentor to so many. I thank her and your dad for helping me become the strong independent successful person I grew up to be. Her life continues in the wonderful memories I have. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you morn the loss while celebrating her life.

Kenny and Sharon, I will always remember your Mom as being so warm and gracious whenever we would stop by. To lose one's parent is like losing your past. Take comfort that she and your Dad are together. If you listen carefully, you can hear the angels singing with great joy "Welcome home, Eleanor!".
