Bob was one of the most influential people in my life, promoting me to a management position in the Sexton organization, and encouraging me to be baptized and become a practicing Christian. Deanna, Vicki and Bill -- my prayers are with you in your time of grief. May the coming days be filled with peace and good memories.

Bob and I grew up on Yale Avenue in Chicago. We played "kick the can", sports at West Pullman and Palmer parks and then on to Fenger H.S.
Bob was the best athlete that I ever knew. He could play any sport well. He was a friend that I could always count on. I was best man at his wedding and he at mine.
Deanna, Vicki and Bill..Bob will always
be remembered in our hearts. Juanita and I have all of your families in our prayers.
He is at peace..God bless..

Bob, Deanna and I go back at least 50 years to a place called Fenger HS on Chicago's south side. A tremendous place to live and grow up. Bob was a fabulous baseball pitcher (Mr. Knuckleballer) and football player. His memory will linger on until we get together again as 'batteries' on the diamond in the sky. His loving catcher.

Fond memories of Bob Evers as Branch Mgr. For Sexton while I worked at corporate offices in Chicago and Warrenville.
Recall Bob as real gentleman and always very accommodating. My condolences to his family and God rest his soul.

I worked with Bob at Cozad many years ago. He was one of the most kind, good persons I have met in my life. I loved hearing about the trips you and he went on, Deanna. He was so proud of his family. So sorry for your loss.

Deanna, Vicki and Bill:
Your husband and father has and always will be a great inspiration to me. I will always remember those long talks we had on my visits to St. Louis each month. The way he handled adversity and his humility in triumph. He is winning now!
Our prayers go out to you and all your family during this time.
