I am shocked to learn of Peter's (Arvydas') passing. He was a passionate & funny person who was always looking to the better side of life. Working with him was a pleasure. God bless.

Fr. Arvydas Zygas presented the Mass celebratation at our 40th anniversary reunion of Nativity BVM graduates of 1966. This young man, this young priest inspired me to go back to church services. He inspired my sons, younger than him. He was able to extend himself to all ages, younger and older than himself.

I am sad to learn of Fr. Arvydas' death. We were high school classmates at Fenwick and friends from Cicero. He led a remarkable life. My sympathies to his family. May he rest in our Lord.

My sympathies to his family. I was a high school classmate of Arvydas at Fenwick High School. I have fond memories of those days and still tell some of our stories about our Latin and chemistry classes. Arvydas founded and ran the Lithuanian Club. I remember his as a bright and enthusiastic person.
