Dear Rochelle and Family,
Our hearts are saddened at the loss of Butch. He was such a great guy and such a mench one that nobody ever forgets. I feel honored to know someone as kind as him. I am so happy that at least I enjoyed Sarah's Bat Mitzvah me because both you and Butch sat with us at the same table. Rochelle I'm devastated that you lost your sole mate way to soon. How many people would run back like him that night for your phone. The world has lost a super guy, your husband so kind so sweet and would help in a moments notice. We share your loss Rochelle and although we can't choose who gets sick and who doesn't someone made a big mistake. Butch was one of the good guys.
With our sincere sympathy and condolences. and all our love,
Barbara and Barry Forman

Rochelle & Family:
Although not a very close friend of yours, I enjoyed the time I spent with "Butch" at Temple, parties and playing cards. Always a pleasant guy, it was good to see him on those occasions when we bumped into each other.
While in Chicago, two weeks ago, we attempted to visit with him, but were told that he was not able to have guests. Although I wasn't able to visit with him, I can clearly see him in my mind's eye and shall remember him with great fondness.
My the family know no further sorrow, and may "hashem" keep him at his right hand.
