I spoke to Sam everyday about the current events or stuff going on in our lives. He had a wealth of knowledge of movies and music. I will miss him and his daily trivia. He was taken too soon.

Sam was introduced to me here at work by Tom and we found we had several interests in common. We were both car people and both appreciated good music. We had our share of disagreements about the details of some of the projects we both worked on but That is normal. On a personal level he was a good friend and I will miss him dearly. I only wish I could tell him that in person.

I am deeply saddened that Sam has passed. Our friendship began in 1974 when a few of us in concert & jazz band got together on a Saturday night in my basement for a jam. I so remember Sam coming down the basement steps carrying his guitar and Fender amp. What fun we had! We played all thru high school with the best of times in 76/77 jazz band. What a tight band we were! I so cherish the memories of all the concerts as well as the grand finale " The Last Blast " which was a outdoor Friday evening concert at Avelthorp Park. I always made Sam laugh even when I would jokingly threaten to take a hammer to his Morley fuzz pedal. How he loved to play with that effect on his guitar! I say on behalf of all the guys from the jazz band days, we loved you and will so miss you Sam! So Sam, When you get your axe out up there and start to play make sure the amp is cranked up to 11 and yes,, you can use the Morley fuzz pedal! Rest in peace my dear friend!
Your buddy always!

Megger Family

Sam began employment with the Megger Valley Forge business late year 2015, as a software development contractor. Soon thereafter, Sam was asked to join Megger as a full-time employee based on his successful work task contributions and his caring dedication to other Megger team members. In addition to his technical project contributions, Sam never missed an opportunity to volunteer to provide audio entertainment at a Megger group or holiday event.
Sam lived the Megger Values.
Sam will be missed by the Megger Team.
God Bless You... Sam!

Sam was one of the kindest, most humble people I've ever been blessed to know. A true friend always. Sam was intelligent, charitable and loving. I will miss him.
