Rochester: May 28, 2011. Loved by all who knew him. Survived by Carol (Brayer) his wife of 44 years; son, Michael (Cheryl); daughter, Kelly McKeever; sisters, Maureen (Pat) Farrell, Helen McKeever; favorite mother-in-law, Grandma Snook; grandchildren, Brittney, Michael, Jr. and Dylan McKeever, Amanda and Michael Saunders; great-grandchildren, Nalani and Mya; nieces, Colleen, Kerry Farrell (John Zajac). He was a US Navy Veteran, who served on the USS Hunley. Retired Carpenter for NYS. Proud member of the American Legion Post #942 and 40 and 8, VFW Post 2844 and #307 Pinnacle Hook & Shell. Tom leaves behind a family of close friends. Friends may call Saturday 10 AM -12 Noon at the Dierna Funeral Home, 2309 Culver Rd. (Near Norton). His Funeral Mass will follow Saturday 1:30 PM at St. John the Evangelist Church (Humboldt St.). In lieu of flowers donations to Honor Flight.

Tom was my godfather and my uncle. Everyone who met him truly had nothing but good to say about him. He loves his family, friends and country and they loved him back. There's nothing more you can ask for in life. We miss you, Uncle Tom.

Uncle Tom was my godfather and a man I always loved and looked up to. He cared so much for his family and was full of pride for them. He never met anyone who didn't like him and those sparkling blue eyes. We miss you, Uncle Tom.
