Kevin Girard Obituary
Loving husband and father
DRACUT -- Kevin J. Girard, age 43, a resident of Dracut, died unexpectedly on Monday, September 26, 2011, at Lowell General Hospital from injuries sustained in a tragic fall at work.
He was the loving husband of Kathleen (Caveney) Girard.
Kevin was born in Lowell, MA on October 9, 1967, the son of Armand and Marguerite (Denis) Girard of Hudson, NH. He attended Lowell schools.
Kevin was an Arborist and was the owner/operator of Kevin Girard Tree Care of Dracut, MA for 25 years.
He was an avid motorcyclist and loved animals. He enjoyed gardening, landscaping, fishing, skiing, camping, going to the beach, trips to Aruba, Aerosmith concerts, his weekly trip to Brown's in Seabrook, NH for lobster, and the cookouts at the home of Scott and Debbie. Kevin most enjoyed his time spent with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter, Nicole C. Sullivan and her husband, Nicholas of N. Billerica; a son, Dylan Girard of Dracut; two sisters, Ann Marie MacEachern and her husband, Matthew of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Vivian Silva and her husband, Robert of Nashua, NH; four nieces, Vanessa Whitcomb, Ava MacEachern, Chloe Silva, and Genevieve Silva; three nephews, Jason Whitcomb, Matthew Boldrighini, and Logan MacEachern; two great-nieces, Madison and Kailey Whitcomb; his mother-in-law, Ida T. Caveney of Mildford, NH; two brothers-in-law, Luke Caveney and his wife, Kathleen of Lowell, and Richard Caveney of Florida; one sister-in-law, Ann Boldrighini and her husband, Michael of Lowell.
Kevin was also the brother of the late Diane Girard, and the son-in-law of the late Richard Caveney.
GIRARD -- Family and friends may call on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the ARCHAMBAULT FUNERAL HOME, 309 Pawtucket St., Lowell. Funeral Monday morning with his Committal Services to take place at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, Chelmsford. Funeral Director, Victor J. Archambault Jr., 978-459-9315.
