Evelyn Knurr-solomon Obituary

Evelyn Knurr-Solomon, age 70, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on April 24, 2013. She was the daughter of Eric and Melanie Knurr. She was a graduate of Lanier, Univ. of AL, and Bryn Mawr College. She is survived by husband Jerry, brother Dr Werner Knurr, nephews Dr Alex Knurr, Dr Jordan Knurr, Eric Knurr, and niece Sharon Knurr. Donations may be made to Congregation Etz Ahayim-Agudath Israel or the American Cancer Society.

I would like to extend my sincerest and hearfelt condolenses to Evelyn's family. I grew up with Evelyn in Montgomery; we attended public school from early on and Sunday School together at Agudath Israel. Later we attended the Univ of Alabama at the same time. Although I haven't seen Evelyn since we left our youth behind, I have often thought of her, her Mom and Dad and her brother Werner. Your family should know that the world was always a better place with Evelyn in it, and all of us that have known Evelyn throughout our lives will remember her so fondly.
